I Was About To Give Up On Content Creation When Suddenly…

Almost a year ago, I was about to give up on making content. You may know the feeling. The feeling when no one sees your content, when you try your best but your views don’t even surpass 5. I feel you. Because I was in that same place. But suddenly everything changed. I got to know about things that are usually hidden from new creators. I learned these from ‘exclusive’ pieces of training that cost me some serious money. But I will tell you about them for free today. All I ask is that you put away any distractions and keep your focus on getting to know the 4 secrets. Sounds like a fair trade? Good, let’s start.

Secret#1: The Niche Factor

I had the opportunity to connect with many successful marketers. If I learned one thing from them, then it’s this: there are a set of niches that convert unimaginably. Most marketers promote products in these niches while successful creators create their content regarding these niches. These niches are:

  • Health

  • Wealth

  • Relationship

The reason that content works in these niches is that there are so many people interested in them. How many people want to lose weight? How many people want to have a passive income? How many people struggle for a successful relationship? Once I started working with these niches, I saw unimaginable results. I discuss them all elaborately in a separate article. If you want to check it out click here. Now, another niche that I can say works really well, from my experience, is the motivation niche. The motivational market is growing rapidly.

Secret#2: The Clickbait

Have you ever been scrolling through YouTube and you saw that one thumbnail that made you click immediately? At that moment, my friend, you came across what we call a ‘clickbait’.

Let’s face it. Images rule today’s world. Our attention spans are growing shorter and the amount of content is but increasing. Without a clickbait, you cannot dominate this market.

A clickbait is an image that invokes curiosity in your audience. It could be something like a deer going through downtown Manhattan. You could pay a guy on Fiverr like 5 bucks to make this image using Photoshop and to add some special effects. When your audience sees it as a thumbnail, they will probably go like ‘What’s a deer doing in downtown Manhattan?!’. This is just one idea for creating a clickbait. There are plenty more. Remember, whenever your thumbnail invokes curiosity or challenges the common belief, it becomes more than an ordinary thumbnail. It becomes a clickbait.

Secret#3: The Hook

The hook aids your clickbait. While your clickbait is an image, the hook is a text. They do the same thing, just in different ways.

Your hook can come in 2 forms: as the title or as the opening line.

Let’s get into that ‘deer in downtown Manhattan’ example. You already have your clickbait. Let’s say you want to promote a photography product through that video. Remember you paid the guy on Fiverr to add special effects? So, your hook may be: ‘Capturing images like these doesn’t take experience’. It’ll work quite well. I talk about how you can craft the perfect opening line in another article of mine. Click here to read that.

By the way, I found a guy on Fiverr providing us with 52 viral hooks. Click here to see that. I have partnered up with this guy and the hooks he provides are perfect.

Secret#4: The Call-to-Action

You aren’t getting consistent views probably because you aren’t focusing on your call-to-action.

You see, timing is everything for the call-to-action to work. Your call-to-action is when you ask your viewers to subscribe, or follow, or purchase a product, or take any other action.

Most newbies put their call-to-action at the beginning. That is literally the worst place to state your call-to-action. Place your call-to-action after you have provided some value. That is what pro creators do.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Why do most creators quit before they see results?

Because they expect instant success. Growth is slow at first, but consistency compounds into visibility and income.

How do I know if my content is actually improving?

Track engagement, not vanity metrics. Look at saves, shares, and repeat viewers instead of just likes or views.

What should I focus on when I feel burned out?

Simplify. Create smaller, faster content pieces instead of chasing perfection—momentum matters more than polish.

Is posting daily really necessary for growth?

No. What matters is consistent rhythm. Posting 2–3 times a week with quality beats burning out with daily uploads.

How do I keep myself motivated when nothing seems to work?

Set micro-goals. Celebrate small wins like a single comment, share, or email reply—they’re signs your reach is building.

When does content creation start paying off financially?

Usually after you’ve built trust. Expect 6–12 months of consistent work before you see steady freelance gigs, sponsorships, or product sales.

Conclusion

Okay, that was it. If you implement these secrets, you are bound to see results. Let me know about your results in the comments below. I will wait for it. Remember, today’s world belongs to those who stand out. Stand out with your content and the world will be yours too…
